What are 3 things you hate and like about your hometown?

Just wondering, we all like our hometown and have pride but sometimes there negatives too. Every place has its flaws but anyway…

That there are lots of restaurants not just fast food joints but diners, buffets, steakhouses, etc.
Traffic here doesn’t suck, like in some places *cough* California, New York, Houston. lol
Real estate is cheap. You can rent a 2 story 4 bedroom home in the suburbs for around $750-$800.

(hates)-
I hate how public transportation here sucks, no trains or taxi’s. City buses take 1 hour to arrive at your stop, and there never on time.
Many people here are obsessed with gangs, so there is lots of graffiti, senseless violence, and a bunch of kids and grown men acting like cholos from L.A or some 80’s gang movie.
Too much San Antonio pride, it gets old very very fast. Okay the Spurs have 4 rings get over it people, other teams have many many more and there fan’s aren’t as cocky.

1# Almost everything is open 24/7 so you can go out anytime to a cafe, restaurant, pub or bar, dancing, grocery shopping, movies or to the gym, etc, etc, etc. The weather here is always sunny and warm and too good to be inside.

2# The surfing beaches are fifteen minutes drive from the city center. Two hours drive, in any direction your out in the country, mountains, snow, wineries, or up the north coast or down the south coast. in little seaside towns or farming communities. You don’t even need a car the public transport system in Sydney is brilliant.

3# There is low to no crime, no street gangs, no religious people preaching or accosting people on the street and all children all play outside. The wages here are three times more than paid in the USA, the standard of living is high, the economy is good. So there are heaps of jobs and business opportunities.

The state I live in New South Wales, is five times the size of Texas, so you could imagine the wide open spaces. Being the whole entire population of Australia is the same as the whole population of Texas, in the same size country as the USA.

1# Not hours in the day.

2# Too many fun things to do, never enough time to do them.

3# Lack of sleep.
