I like to know how to fill large number of renovated apartment units fast with quality tenants.?
Apartment is located in S. Seattle, Wash near public transportation, airport, shopping mall, etc. Apartment units are large and were recently renovated.
if you stop to think about it, QUALITY tenants DO NOTHING QUICKLY. What you could do,
if you are gutsy, is to find fix up houses buy them, and then, offer them for sale on a
no money down basis to tenants after a year’s perfect tenancy.
the only other way, is to offer them for a step up rent system;
$200 the first 2-3 mos, then 250, 300 and climb to 100 above the intended top rate.
