Transportation in Vancouver?
I will be flying to Vancouver from Toronto for 4 days soon, my 1st time there. Just wondering how efficient is the public transportation in Vancouver? Do I need to rent a car? We will most likely be staying downtown, but I would also like to visit either Vancouver Island, Victoria, Richmond, or Whistler if time permits. Thanks!
Public Transport is cheap and easy.
Skytrain in Vancouver is Google-able

Taxis are common and relatively cheap, you
may want to rent a car for Whistler, otherwise
you’ll be fine to walk downtown, take skytrain
and have a great time!
