advice plz?
Are public transportations in Vancouver expensive? I’m going to be a student in Vancouver community college which gives me no choice but to rent an apartment for my only shelter. I was just wondering if i would have any problems with transportation? I’m very concerned because of the rainy weather, Vancouver is known for. It seems like a challenge.
