Does anybody else ride Tri-Rail to work? Question about Biodiesel fuel.?
I have been using the Tri-Rail for almost two years. They just announced their “Go Green and Save” Campaign. I found it because it offers a giveaway if you register.. a free year transit pass. I heard Tri-Rail uses Biodiesel fuel (since 2008) and was wondering why that was a better solution? Any thoughts?

Bio diesel burns cleaner than carbon based diesel. It does however convert feed corn, and soy to diesel. This food could instead be used for food.This drives these costs up. Kind of a catch 22 situation.
