Buy a motorcycle to save money on gas?
I was wondering who all out there thinks it may be a good idea to buy a cheap motorcycle to save gas money in the long run. I’m thinking about buying a used bike, no more than $4000. I know it will be a large cost up front, but I think over a period of a few years it will eventually pay for itself with the price of gas these days. I know how to ride, I sold the bike I had a few years ago to help put a roof on my house. What is your opinion? Thanks in advance for all your answers.

People got on motorcycles when the oil companies squeezed us in the ’70s. The price of gas certainly isn’t going to fall as long as there are moms driving hulking SUVs to take one soccer kid to practice .
