What did Maurice Clemmons do when he was 17 to get a 95 yr prison sentence, and why was it commuted?
Maurice Clemmons just shot and killed 4 police officers in seattle, I read that when he was 17 he was sentenced to 95 yrs in prison but his sentence was commuted, what did he do ? and why was it commuted?
ok yes hes a person of intresst but 99% of the time the police get the right guy off the bat
Clemmons is a “person of interest” in the on going investigation. He has not been charged with any crime.
When he was 17 he committed an Aggravated Robbery and caught that 95 year prison term. Apparently, Arkansas treated him as an adult. The Governor pardoned him, citing his young age at the time of the crime.
