First Time Apartment … What should we buy?
Hello. Location: two singles, trying to save money on their trips, travel in "The Big City." Being antisocial, they plan to have more than one visitor at a time. We have never lived on our own before (it was much cheaper and more enjoyable to help pay family bills in the past …!), we put togeather a list of "haves must "buy before settling, instead of serving the daily local Super Target (which is more expensive than a Super WalMart Center (below) … but it is more politically correct for the area, I think …) So we are looking for a list of must-haves for two singles in an apartment 2bd/2bath, so we can get a jump on shopping.
Towels, bath mats, sheets and linens, glasses, plates, silverware, pots, pans, dish soap, laundry detergent, lamps, something to sit on (chairs, sofa), paper products, cleaning products, health and beauty products (soap, shampoo, shaving cream, etc.), food to start with
