Where do I go to the American West and why?

My husband and I and our two children (3 and 1) want to leave California and move in another state. We have done research on minors in Arizona and Wyoming. Colorado is no question that something is Salt Lake City and north bend or. We are interested in a medium / small city size only. Not more than 25,000 I hope not more than 15,000 people. There must be jobs in a travel time of 45 minutes (one way). Husband perfers crew washing weeds (fire), soldering, or worker (no shit!) I work perfe office Sheriff's office or middle management. We need good peschool / primary school and day care. If your city is cool tell me, if you please please please let us go crazy! (Cold weather unpreferable too!)

Wow … I think I live in the city perfect for you! " Anthem, Arizona is about 20 minutes north of Phoenix and amazing amenities for families (includes a water park in the Community). There are only about 12,000 houses here and employers with important business, not far away. Deer Valley School District is one of those highly rated neighborhoods state, and elementary schools here got very, very high on their No Child Left Behind standards.
