San Diego, Tuscan, Phoenix and San Francisco?
I plan to go to one of these cities. I would really like info from people who have or live in these cities. I want information on these categories. 1. Housing Estate — (Which city is cheaper to buy a house?) 2. Transportation Public 3. Schools in the area — Colleges and Universities. 3. What the weekend. 4. Weather (I'm moving from New England and I escape cold winters)
I live in Phoenix … San Diego and San Francisco ….. Super high housing costs and taxes. Phoenix is lower, but higher as Tucson. San Diego, Phoenix, Tucson and have mild winters and dry summers. I'm not too sure about San Francisco. Public transport is better in California as Phoenix grew faster than the transit could handle. Public transport is adequate in Phoenix and Tucson. Phoenix finally get a metro rail. Much to make the weekend in Phoenix. Arizona is great for outdoor enthusiasts. Just about anything you can think less of a beach and large crowds. Phoenix is hot for three months of the year. Was the first year is worse. However, moisture is still low in Phoenix and Tucson, and this is a big difference. In fact, I think you would benefit from any of the cities, but I think Phoenix has the best combination of price and activities. Well course, is why I live there (here).
