What airport is best to fly into – JFK, LGA, or EWR?

Which airport has the best public transportation to get to Manhattan the fastest and the cheapest?

EWR is great if you want to take public transporation into/out of the city.
you can take the subway (line A) to LGA but it’s quite a long trip. Take off and landing is right on the water and you get a nice view of the Manhattan skyline which is cool
JFK is huge and under never-ending construction, i just don’t like it so much.
