ANIMAL AND NATURE POEMS

BIRDS

The keeping of birds is part of the story
Over how many years can not know.
Once luxury pets of kings and queens
Or on the shoulders of pirates long ago.

The birds remained in the menu of man
Although everything can be tamed as a pet.
Chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys
Are served on tables we set.

Noah sent a dove to find land
And he returned with an olive leaf from a branch.
God gave feathers for clothing
Thus, in the elements they have a chance.

The best way to enjoy wild birds
Is attracting near you.
Provide Food, water, bushes and trees
Is this all a bird lover should do.

The birds are truly remarkable
Left alone do their thing.
We have stolen their eggs and plucked their plumage
And yet they continue to sing.

'S BEST FRIEND MAN

the best friend of man is still his faithful dog
Who looks forward to his return.
Where would man without his canine love
When his fellow man were left alone.

If a man has been as good as his dog thinks
It would be more famous as a football star.
Too bad our wives do not feel the same way
I guess it is because they know we are.

The man is not afraid to love his dog for life
Although it is usually the man who buries his pet company.
It does not matter whether large or small
What animal has loved man more?

TREES

It is difficult to imagine our world without trees
Intoxicated by only concrete and steel.
Thousands of products will soon disappear
Changing everything we see and feel.

No more baseball played with wooden sticks
No more plums, pears, cherries or apple pie.
No campfire circle over the night
And for pencils and books say goodbye.

Trees like people come from seed
Both breathe drink and eat.
They feed, house and protect ourselves
As they sweeten the air with their flowers.

Larger and older that every living thing
Although most blue whale and the ocean.
Some grow 350 feet high,
Before becoming a victim of the nail.

BUTTERFLIES

Butterflies go through four stages of life
In the past, they are able to fly.
The eggs and larvae, caterpillars change to
Turning to fly in the sky of the sky.

Blue, black, yellow, green brown, red, white and orange
Armed with a keen since of smell, taste and sight.
With predators like birds, bats, wasps and MA
They are never safe, even at night.

Butterflies are the work of natural art
Chased by collectors with their net and JAR.
Tagged and starred for the storage and display
As new specimens are sought near and far.

Next Once you see some kept behind glass
Remember, they both glorified the air.
Their colors and grace to generate beauty
As in harmony, they share the glory.

HUMMINGBIRDS

Perfume roses, carnations and daisies
Draw our hummingbird gardens so beautiful.
Evoking the essence of jewelry life of nature
As the brightness their plumage turns the air.

If they fly in graceful speed and direction
Creative goods that dazzle the eyes.
A bright vision of the world wonder
Our most elusive visitor from the sky.

They are the smallest of small feathers on the wings
Their Collecting Languages softness of the earth.
The strengthening of our lives by their mere existence
A temple of beauty, endurance, and value.

FLOWERS

My work is in the open
And, Lord, I love the work I do
For the flowers are my joy of living
While their beauty is yours.

Your flowers are so beautiful

However, I'm ugly, wrinkled and old
I lived beyond my reach lethal
Throughout the day I left to unfold.

Your lilies are my pride of life
And many of them to be.
They are worth a fortune, people say
Although money has little to me.

Their glory is my just reward
As their radiation heads they raise.
I dedicate to you, O Lord,
With all my love and praise.

Rainy Days

Rainy days are a gift of life
As they water the thirsty earth.
When nature sometimes weeps with joy
Like a father watching a birth.

Rainbows of color rainbow sky
As the storms prepare to part
The thunder shakes Earth
As the sky speaks to my heart.

When the storm filled the sky is dark and gray.
Then I want to fight.
On rainy days make people feel sad
But for me, I feel alive.

GOD'S RAIN

Human Nature as sometimes cry with joy
As the raindrops fall and live to grow.
Soon there after rain again more
With the spectrum of colors that glow essential.

One day, can not help being sad and gloomy

A common destiny was shared by all.
The earth needs rain for water, he thirsts
And in each life must fall moisture.

Behind the storm clouds, the sun is still shining
So never give up when your sad heart.
What crazy curse sailors, farmers pray for poor

For without the rain god whole life was going.

DAWN

Songbirds sing like a pink sky
While the brightest stars disappear
One by one, I watch them disappear
As the sun gives rise to the day.

The scent of dawn is so fresh
As the flowers are ready to bloom.
Sparks Dew on the grass
While the morning dissolves my gloom.

A flock of circling above geese
Looking for a little rest and a meal.
I look at the land on a lake
As inside, how lucky I feel.

The moon is still high on his throne
As the Earth revolves in the sky.
I know I'll love the Earth rises
Until one day in my grave, I lie.

TWILIGHT

Twilight sky turns orange, pink and gray
As the stars watching the last day.
The night winds stir the wind now
Although most birds roost in the trees.

The fireflies hovering above the grass
Like bullfrogs sing to torment low.
Soon the moon will be high circle

Under the cloak of night sky.

The twilight is first evening Bell
A time peace, when everything goes well.
Another day has come and gone
No return until dawn.

WINTER SNOW

Over the head of all, I meet
Scraps of Life giving the winter snow.
On the roofs and streets
Fill the sky and the earth below.

Dancing, swirling, skimming along
As the snows of yesteryear.
There are a lot of ice on the windows
As my eyelashes freeze tears.

It's so cold, it's too cold to snow
However, the snow continues to fall.
The ground is covered with white cover
As the winter winds wail their call.

There is a red light waiting for me
This thaw my every part.
Not the glow of a fireplace
But the love that dwells in my heart.

FRUIT

In most all places where people live
Different types of fruits in the wild.
What are the first men gathered close by plants
Long before Noah was a child.

The remaining apples, pears, cherries and sinkers
Were found in caves age stone.
Grapes, olives, dates and figs
Were placed in tombs and graves.

Fruit is eaten fresh or preserve
Dried by the sun.
To be consumed during the long cold months of winter
Until the snow melted, rivers flow.

Columbus took seeds along his second trip
To plant and cultivate wherever they would grow.
To be plucked and eaten by hungry humans
Instead of getting the forest of the enemy.

fruit today come from many different countries
Although most will grow where the climate is right.
They are picked and shipped by plane, train, truck or boat
To be enjoyed with delight.

ROSES

Three hundred years after the birth of Christ
Just south of Rome on fertile land
Grew sweet queen of flowers
Roses grown by man.

The poet Horace once expressed
That roses are worth more grain.
Seed fills the stomach of a man who hungers for

When roses feed his heart and brain.

Flourishing in ancient China
Grown by monks for two thousand years.
Roses symbolized man's passion
For envy sadness, love and tears.

Nero spent fortunes on roses
Whose petals showered on customers
He wanted to teach his subjects
Who were the best roses of an emperor.

So, grab your shovels and plant
Place the roses around your home.
For their sweet scent and great beauty
Are the sky for us on loan.

The sky of the NIGHT

The night sky has a thousand eyes
When the skies of the day have only one.
Night's black mantle covers us all
With the creation sun.

Whoever shares with a woman out
Will the happiness of night.
Mixed with hugs and words of love
Their future is so clear.

Late at night, when most are asleep
And dream of another day
Those who watch the moon God
We can say "thank you" as they pray.

So let us drink the wine of the night
And the feast on the silence of the stars
While the Earth is bathed Sacred Light
And seen without its scars.

THE GARDENER

As the flowers just pop soil
And the birds begin to sing.
The cold north wind sleeps again
And a gardener knows that it is spring.

The daffodils are still first
Sometimes before the snow diminishes.
The tulips are coming to bloom
With red, yellow and pink.

Then come the iris violet
Who's perfume men think of love.
With soft lilac
They give life romance of an outbreak.

When I young and crazy
I sowed my oats all around.
Now that I am old and married,
plant seeds and bulbs in the ground I.

FLOWERS around a house HUMBLE

Planting flowers around a humble house
Is this all a big smile on a common face.
As these bodies high in the night
That adorn their brightness the darkness of space.

King Solomon spoke of flowers from Earth in the Bible
And where they appear the birds begin to sing.
The voice of love can be heard across the country
And lilies and roses are a sacred thing.

So until some ground and be fruitful with seed
And here that the elevation of flowers of the earth again.
For the sweet fragrance of flowers blooms on the air
Fans of the fires of passion in women and men.

Where Big Bite

When I was young and before girls
Liked go fishing in the River.
Streams and ponds well
Anywhere that would deliver.

Fingerlings four to five inches long
Is as trophies love to feast on.
Trout line or pole is no difference
Bate and the fight was on.

Sometimes I hit a fire
To help keep warm at night.
Spring, summer, autumn, I was eager to go
Everywhere where big bite.

WINTER

The cold winds of winter play tunes with the trees
Although now they sound different when striped of their leaves.
Our warm days are gone and for spring we must wait
And all those who are in love pray it will not be too late.

The snow has piled on the roofs of the city
As small birds huddle in the bushes, they found.
Everywhere are snowmen Standing guard
While children throw snowballs from forts in their yards.

cold days of winter are sad and often cruel
But their tests are used by God as a tool.
His reasons for seasons to adapt his plan Grand
To strengthen the souls of both men and women.

SIGNS OF SPRING

The signs of spring are for all to see
Let everyone knows that nature sleeps more.
As she wakes from a nap throughout the winter
Living shoots of life shoots forth from before.

Tournament can be seen hunting for a meal
As the gentle breezes urge budding trees.
Soon fragrant flowers open with the flowering
Draw the eyes of creatures and bees.

Gone next year, are winters cold days of cold
While the fever of love touches soil on the track.
There's heavenly splendor wherever we looked
As the earth is warmed by the sun.

SPRING TIME

Easter lilies are in full bloom
As young men think of love.
Women can feel passion within
As they perceive the nesting dove.

Spring flowers suspended on trees
Although the foam of winter is dry and dead
As their sweet fragrance fills the air
Blades of grass looking up.

Spring will soon disappear with the pink
And summer burn earth again.
Daughter of Heaven, the mother of all
Spring is loved by women and men.

FALL

As the cold autumn winds strip the trees
sad day arrived.
Most flowers, already are frosted brown
Although mothers are the last surviving.

There are a lot of fog on the windows
As the shorter days lose their light.
Year has changed in his wine
When our days are the shadows of the night.

Flowers, butterflies, trees and bees
All gone to sleep "until spring.
Dead leaves rustle as children play
In the absence of birds singing.

The winter to spring, spring in summer
It is time for the symphony of autumn.
The leaves all fall to the ground
As the wind plays tunes with the trees.

KATRINA

Katrina hit like an atomic bomb
The use of the impotence of his way.
The waters of the abyss arose

any flooding with their anger.

The evil took advantage of the absence of law
Although the brave risked their lives for others.
The best and the worst has been seen by man
While many have become like brothers.

thank you May heaven show loss
Not for love, laughter, hatred or sin.
May God bless every man, woman and child
We can never take again.

STARS

stars of heaven are the works of God
Entries the night sky.

After sunset glow golden-red
They are there to seduce the eye.

Person can not see under their feet
As the sky pearls ignite their souls.

To be as one with their creator
Is highest goals of man.

Blessed be the candy of the night
That guide the sailors at sea
earth bath with their soft glow
For those who love them, like us!

MOON

For thousands of years man has asked
How the moon came into being.
As we look to its ghostly glow
We can not help but think what we see.

King David watched his beloved, Bath-Sheba
Even if she bathed in the brilliant moonlight.
He fell in love and had to possess
Then sent her husband to die in combat.

The moon itself has proved to be lifeless,
While it enhances the beauty darkness.
The rise and fall of ocean water daily
Having followed the moon since before Noah's ark

From any first the man refused
And looked for the moon in the night.
Acts of love, lust, hate and human sorrow
Have been committed in the presence of light.

I do not care if the man has walked on the moon
For most, it retains mystical power
Then turn off the TV and go into the night
And to share its beauty regardless of hour.

Men like NEED SIDE OF FISHERY

Also men need love fishing
And both for the most part are willing
Take chose the best trophies
To be envied by others.

Fishing is a sport game
Loved by all, both large and small.
We must look crazy fish
If we intend to stir and fry.

Some others boats use Wade
As they fish the sun or shade.
cold drinks help pass the day
While signs of life disappear.

Most men think they have any
With their rod, hooks, cork and string.
Whether the river, pond or lake
We all pray our line will not break.
