Im a student without inspiration or motivation. Tips?

I'm entering my second year of college. I am a commuter or without major separate management. I have not met anyone because I'm going straight to my apartment instead of a dorm after class. I get really depressed because I'm undecided .. I know I'm smart, but I feel that I am not good at anything or I just will not be good enough or sufficiently worthy of everything in general. I do not know what to do with this, I feel so useless. Maybe there is something I am missing, I feel like all my old friends are loving life and I mine, a downward spiral. All suggestions and advice?
