I was cited for trespassing in PA for crossing railroads. What is the penalty for a 2nd offense?
The original citation was false; commuters cross the tracks there every day but that day the Amtrak cop had nothing better to do and I a chip on my shoulder, the police harassment (which is what led to the citation). The trouble is, besides being a suburb of luck I enjoy urban exploration, ie the visit of abandoned buildings that do not belong to me. It is an activity harmless (except possibly for me), but it is technically trespassing. Am I facing a harsher penalty since I have already been cited once? And what would the penalty be for another quote (I'm out of the first, attending a class in behavior)?
I Dunno no, I'm one of those laws seriosly friendly people and the law says do not go there hey, I'm not going there. So for me, if a person willfully disobeys law, then I do not feel bad for when the law comes to fetch you. You should really stop intruders, because next time it could be a dog or a Junk Yard bullet waiting for you. And the owner will be in their rights to protect their property against intruders.
