Fixed Gear or Single Speed in Richmond, VA?
I'll be transferring to VCU in Richmond, Va., this fall, and I want to ride a bike as my main mode. I use a fixed gear or single speed simply because of easier maintenance. My question is who will be most suitable travel in urban traffic conditions sometimes heavy? BTW … I am new to this bike ride trend …
I love to one speed better. I like being able to freewheel when I want.
