there is this film which makes a man in a black neighborhood and a garage sale and Articles have cameras in them. so he watches his neighbors, and every1 is wary of him when he is not doing anything wrong. He is a psychiatrist of any kind. This is not an old movie. maybe about 5 years. I saw some time ago with my family and I can not remember the name. It was very complicated. the black man has been tried by this family in particular because they thought it was a murderer or something, but it was not. OHHH and he wore a dummy in his car he can drive on the carpool lane … but this family we thought he had murdered his wife … or smth like that! guyssss help:)
