Will Obama’s Economic Plan work?
This plan sounds similar to the National Interstate and Defense Highways Act of 1956. It was a brilliant plan by President Eisenhower to build defense infrastructure throughout the US. It had a great additional benefit of shortening the commute between rural and urban areas, therefore stimulating commerce.
