what are the stages i have to go though for getting a full A liesnce?
i need a bike for commuting to and from college (approximatly 15 miles on mostly dual carriage ways/urban areas) for carrying a pillon, something that is reliable, cost effective, comfortable, and will keep me warm in the winter… and ‘cool’ in the summer =D. (ie fairing.) can you recommend some?
From your list of requirements, i’d say get a scooter with a windshield.
