Commuting from Philadelphia to New York?
Hi, I moved to Philadelphia, University City Area and I was offered a job in New York City. How bad commute every day is backwards? What is the average travel time? thank you
If you are financially able to take Amtrak and you will be working in Manhattan, it will not be so bad. But if you plan to drive or take NJTransit and partitions, you will have a few days. The drive from downtown Philly to Manhattan is about two hours. The method commuter train is more like three. Amtrak is probably one hours and twenty minutes approximately in each direction.
